Nursery Admissions

Woodheys has a 26 place Nursery which offers full time or 2.5 day places.

Here at Woodheys Primary School we follow the Trafford Local Authority Admissions procedures when allocating places to children. To apply for a place at Woodheys Primary School, you will need to fill an application form directly to the school. When submitting your application form, please ensure you send a copy of your child’s birth certificate. We will also require proof of residency, such as a recent council tax bill or electoral roll. These documents must be emailed to our Admissions Officer, Mrs. Lane, at ALANE@WOODHEYSPRIMARYSCHOOL.CO.UK before the application deadline to ensure your application is processed. What nursery places do we offer?

We offer the following places at Woodheys Nursery:

Option 1 - Monday to Friday – 30 hours with an eligible code. The school day hours will run between 8.30am until 3.30pm.

Option 2 - Monday to Friday – 30 hours with a top up fee of £75 a week. The school day hours will run between 8.30am until 3.30pm.

Option 3 - Monday to Wednesday Part time – 15 hours (Monday 8.30am – 3.30pm, Tuesday 8.30am – 3.30pm and Wednesday 8.30am – 11.30am)

Option 4 - Wednesday to Friday Part time – 15 hours (Wednesday 12.30pm – 3.30pm, Thursday 8.30am – 3.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm)

In line with other schools, we charge all children a daily fee of £5 for lunchtime supervision. This can be paid through our online school system or via the Government's tax-free childcare scheme.
